Visit to Miss Winnie Yau

Sonja Chan (’71)

On 24 July 2024, a group of alumnae from Class of 1971 paid Miss Winnie Yau (’59) a visit at Amica Unionville where she has been recuperating since moving there in February 2024.  Miss Yau welcomed us all with her warm smile, and everyone was happy to see her looking well and in good spirit.  She shared with us the highlights of the care she received and the facilities provided in this new residence, including a hair salon, an indoor swimming pool, and a dining area on each floor as well as the elegant function room where we met and enjoyed our afternoon tea.
