Mrs. Agnes KOON Woo Kam-oi was conferred Honorary Fellow of VTC

Mrs. Agnes KOON Woo Kam-oi (管胡金愛女士), a graduate of Ying Wa (1972 F7), was conferred Honorary Fellow of Vocational Training Council (VTC) on 4 December.
